This notice explains how SHENI ("we") handles your personal data when you use our website or place an order.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address (if provided), order description, uploaded photos and technical data (IP address, browser type) sent automatically by your device. We also record ad and campaign tags (UTM, gclid, fbclid) and the referring page.
How we use your data
To process your order, contact you about it and improve our products and website. Ad tags tell us which campaigns bring orders. We do not sell your data.
Who receives it
Only our team and the service providers we need to fulfil your order: hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery (Gmail via Cloudflare Email Routing). We never sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Order data: 3 years after the last interaction. Analytics: 26 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner by writing to info@sheni.fun.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@sheni.fun.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Plausible, a cookie-less analytics tool that never records personal data. One cookie remembers the language you choose.
